Immunogen: Sheep anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) was raised in sheep using rabbit IgG whole molecule as the immunogen.

Beschreibung: Immunoglobulin G (IgG) are antibody molecules. Each IgG is composed of four peptide chains - two heavy chains and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites. Other Immunoglobulins may be described in terms of polymers with the IgG structure considered the monomer.

Anwendungen

Konzentration: 2.0 mg/ml

Reinigung: Sheep anti Rabbit IgG (H + L) was purified by affinity chromatography.

Buffer: 0.02M K3PO4, pH 7.2, with 0.15M NaCl, and 0.01% NaN3.

Lagerung: Store vial at 4° C prior to opening. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of opening product.
