Anwendungen

Reinigung: B Phycoerythrin antibody was purified by ion exchange chromatography followed by dialysis.

Buffer: IgG fraction supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4. No preservatives added.

Lagerung: Store at 4 °C until reconstitution. Following reconstitution aliquot and freeze at -20 °C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
