Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Use in Phage Display (immunoassays for the identification of recombinant antigen or antibody-phages) (Detection Limit: 107 phage particles), ELISA (1:50,000 working dilution), immunoelectron miscropy, and immunoblotting (western).

Buffer: Reconstitute 0.1-1ml distilled water, final solution contains 10mM tris-HCL buffer pH8.0, and 300mM NaCl.

Lagerung: Store at 4°C, after reconstitution use immediately. For long term storage recommend adding 0.5% BSA to diluents and a suitable preservative, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid frequent freezing and thaws.
