The biotinylated anti-human IL-13 polyclonal antibody has been tested as the detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA for analysis of human IL-13 in combination with the purified PVM13-1 (ABIN281656) antibody for capture and recombinant human IL-13 (14-8139) as the standard. A suitable range of concentrations of this antibody for ELISA detection is 0.5-2 µg/ml. A standard curve consisting of doubling dilutions of the recombinant cytokine standard over the range of 1000 pg/ml - 8 pg/ml should be included in each ELISA plate. The biotinylated anti-human IL-13 polyclonal antibody has been reported for use in ELISA and ELISPOT.
