Applikationshinweise
|
Thaw antiserum at room temperature. Make a 1:25 workingdilution of the reconstituted antiserum in PBS plus 0.1% gelatin(i.e. assay buffer). This permits addition of 200 uL per assaytube. Sensitivity: The suggested dilution will result in >30% binding of tracer in a liquid phase RIA with 0.2 ml of first antibody added to a final volume of 1.0 mL.
