Konzentration: Approximately 325 u g IgG/ ml

Lagerung: Store, as supplied, at -70°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Directions for use: 1. Transfer the entire contents of the vial to a suitable container and mix thoroughly with 200 mL of phosphate buffered saline. 2. Make 20 mL aliquots of the above mixture and store at 4 o C for immediate use or at -70 o C for later use. 3. Each 20 mL aliquot is sufficient for detection of M1G-R on one slot blot 1 containing multiple samples and standards.
