Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal of human MAP1LC3 B (MAP1LC3B,APG8b) protein conjugated to Blue Carrier Protein has been used as the immunogen.The peptide is homologous with the corresponding sequence derived from mouse andrat MAP1LC3 B (MAP1LC3B, APG8b) protein.

Beschreibung: FUNCTION: Probably involved in formation of autophagosomal vacuoles(autophagosomes). SUBUNIT: 3 different light chains, LC1, LC2 and LC3, can associatewith MAP1A and MAP1B proteins.
