Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: This antibody can be used for ELISA and Western Blot. In Western Blot, Not yet tested- our routinely used western blotting protocol does not allow detection of proteins assmall as the predicted size of approx. 7.8kDa according to NP_003823. Not tested inother applications.Recommended Starting Dilution:*ELISA (peptide): 1:8,000 WB: We cannot recommend an optimal concentration and the product is investigativegrade.
