Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: This antibody can be used for ELISA and Western Blot. In Western Blot, preliminary experiments gave no signal but low background in Human Liver and HepG2 lysates atup to 1ug/ml. Recommended Starting Dilution:*ELISA (peptide): 1:32,000WB: 1ug/ml

Buffer: Tris-saline containing 0.02% Na azide [pH7.3] with 0.5% BSA
