CRKL is a 33kDa adaptor protein which has been shown to activate the RAS and JUNkinase signalling pathways and transforms fibroblasts in a RAS dependant manner.CRKL is a substitute of BCR ABL tyrosine kinase. In addition, CRKL has oncogenicpotential. Alternate Names: anti-Crk like protein antibody, anti-Crkol antibody, anti-Oncogene CrkL antibody, anti-Vcrk avian sarcoma virus CT10 oncogene homolog like antibody, anti-V crk sarcomavirus CT10 oncogene homolog avian like antibody.
