Beschreibung Somatostatin is a tetradecapeptide that is widely distributed in the body. It acts onmultiple organs in the body and also functions as a neuropeptide affecting electricalactivity of neurons. Somatostatin Receptor 2 (SSR2), along with SSR1, is expressed atthe highest levels in the stomach and jejunum, cerebrum and kidney, respectively.
Spezifität This antibody is specific for Somatostatin R2. Species Reactivity: ABIN152502 recognizes human, mouse, and rat Somatostatin R2. Other species havenot been tested.
