Beschreibung

Amylase catalyses the hydrolysis of internal 1,4-glucan links in large linear polymers atinternal bonds. The enzyme is present in a ll living organisms with variable enzymaticactivity. Alternate Names: anti-1 4 alpha D glucan glucanohydrolase antibody, anti-Alpha amylase 2B antibody,anti-Alpha amylase carcinoid antibody, anti-AMY2 antibody, anti-Amylase alpha 2A,pancreatic antibody, anti-PA antibody.

Spezifität
|
This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by amultistep process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchangechromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assayby immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serumas well as purified and partially purified á,-Amylase [Bacillusamyloliquefaciens]. Cross reactivity against a-Amylase from other tissues and speciesmay occur but have not been specifically determined. Species Reactivity: Expected to cross-react with a wide range of species due to sequence homology.Not yettested in other species. Localization: Secreted.
