Can be paired for ELISA withMouse monoclonal [DD1] to D-Dimer, Mousemonoclonal [DD2] to D-Dimer and Mouse monoclonal [DD3]to D-Dimer. To be analyzed in sandwich immunoassay, plasma must bediluted with 10 mM Tris/HCl buffer, pH 7.5, containing 1 M NaCl and 0.1 % Tween 20.To avoid non-specific binding, the final NaCl concentration in plasma samples must be0.5 M or more. Optimal dilutions/concentrations shouldbe determined by the end user.
