Spezifität: This antibody reacts to variable beta-7 chain of the T-cell receptor also called TCRBV7S1according to the nomenclature of Wei et al. The ZOE antibody recognizes V-beta-7. 1 (PL4. 9sequence). The reactivity on the other members V-beta-7. 2 and V-beta-7. 3 cannot beformally excluded. On the average, this antibody stains 1. 9% (sd=0. 5) of peripheralCD3-positive lymphocytes from 20 healthy donors. Species: Human. Others not tested.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Flow Cytometry: 2g / 5 x 10e5 cells/test. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: PBS containing 1mg/ml BSAReconstitution: Restore with 0.5ml of distilled water.

Lagerung: Prior to reconstitution store at 2-8°C. Following reconstitution store the antibody at -20°C. The addition of 0. 1% (w/v) sodium azide is recommended for storage of the reconstitutedform for up to one month at 2 - 8°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
