Hintergrund Gene Symbol: TNF
Gen-ID 7124
Forschungsgebiet Inflammation, Cancer, Virology
Pathways NF-kappaB Signalweg, Apoptose, Caspase Kaskade in der Apoptose, Cellular Response to Molecule of Bacterial Origin, Regulation of Leukocyte Mediated Immunity, Positive Regulation of Immune Effector Process, Production of Molecular Mediator of Immune Response, Positive Regulation of Endopeptidase Activity, Hepatitis C, Protein targeting to Nucleus
Applikationshinweise Flow Cytometry 1:10-1:1000, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry 1:10-1:500, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence 1:10-1:500, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin 1:10-1:500, Immunohistochemistry-Frozen 1:10-1:500, Sandwich ELISAThe purified MAb11 has been tested by blocking fluorochrome conjugated MAb11 for intracellular cytokine staining. In order to obtain complete blocking results, a saturated amount of purified antibody ( le 5.0 μg/million cells) should be used for incubation with target cells, prior to staining with fluorochrome conjugated antibody. Immunohistochemistry-frozen/paraffin. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. Use in ELISA reported in scientific literature (PMID 22806215)
