HCLS1 Tyr phosphorylationcatalyzed by Syk and Lyn plays a crucial role in the translocation of the protein to themembrane and is involved in the cytoskeleton rearrangement triggered by thrombin inhuman platelets. The gene is a substrate for caspase cleavage during apoptosis.
