Recognizes the bovine WC14 cell surface antigen. WC14 is expressed on monocytesand granulocytes, and a subset of activated T cells. Clone BT3/8.12 is reported toimmunoprecipitate two polypeptide chains of 150kDa and 158kDa from activated T cells,under reducing conditions (1). Species Reactivity: Reacts with Bovine.
