Beschreibung: Junctional adhesion molecule 2 (JAM2), also know as JAMB, is a member of the newlyreported glycoprotein family of adhesion molecules found at intercellular junctions ofendothelial cells and lymphocytes (human). In adult murine tissue JAM2 expression isrestricted to high endothelial venules of lymphoid organs, lymphoendothelial cells andendothelial cells in kidney.Clone CRAM-18 F26 has been reported to inhibit transendothelial migration(Johnson-Lé,ger, C.A. et al., 2002).
