Beschreibung Catalase is the classical marker for peroxisomes and is the most abundant proteinwithin peroxisomes. It is found in almost all aerobically respiring organisms and servesto protect cells from the toxic effects of hydrogen peroxide. Alternate Names: anti-Cas1 antibody, anti-CAT antibody, anti-Cs1 antibody.
Spezifität Species Reactivity: Bovine. Not yet tested in other species. Localization: Peroxisomal.
