Beschreibung: SSH1, also known as slingshot, is a phosphatase that functions to activate the actinsevering protein, ADF/cofilin, and influence actin dynamics. There are three members ofthe slingshot family, SSH1, SSH2, and SSH3. SSH1 has been shown to functiondownstream of alpha6beta4 integrin/Rac1 signaling in conjunction with 14-3-3association. Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation: SSH1 Antibody [ABIN253142] - Detection of Human SSH1 by Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 mcg for WB, 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and 293T (T, 50 mcg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti- SSH1 antibody ABIN253142 used for WB at 0.04 mcg/ml (A) and 1 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. SSH1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SSH1 antibodies ABIN253143 and ABIN253144, which recognize downstream epitopes.Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A) and 10 seconds (B).
