Beschreibung XRN2 is a 5'-to-3' exoribonuclease involved in 3'-end mRNA processing. XRN2 isimportant for transcription termination and is responsible for degrading the downstream3'-end-cleaved RNA. Recent studies show that XRN2 is recruited to 3'-end processingmachinery by p54nrb/PSF. Alternate names for XRN2 include 5'-3' exoribonuclease 2,DHM1-like protein, and DHP protein. Alternate Names: anti-XRN2 antibody, anti-XRN-2 antibody, anti-5'-3' exoribonuclease 2 antibody,anti-homolog of yeast Rat1 antibody, anti-homolog of mouse Dhm1-like protein antibody.
