Immunogen: A synthetic peptide made to an N-terminal portion of the human jumonji proteinsequence (between residues 1-100).

Beschreibung: Jumonji is a nuclear protein that participates in the negative regulation of cell growth. Itis required for neural tube formation and is essential for normal heart development andfunction. As well, it is a part of a group of proteins characterized by a novel structuralmotif, the JmjC domain, which is implicated in chromatin regulation through histonedemethylation.
