Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: preliminary experiments gave bands at approx 110kDa, 50kDa and 38kDa in Human Breast lysateafter 1ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanationin the literature for the bands we observe given the calculated size of 71.0kDa accordingto NP_079427.3, and 137kDa according to NP_001002814.1. The detected bands weresuccessfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results withthe immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain theadditional bands). Please note that an additional 55kDa was only partly blocked by theimmunizing peptide, this band may not be specific. Optimal dilutions/concentrationsshould be deteremined by the end user.

Buffer: Tris-saline containing 0.02% Na azide (pH7.3) with 0.5% BSA
