Beschreibung
|
This protein contains a calponin homology (CH) domain, a PDZ domain, and a LIMdomain. An F-box (FBX) domain is present in alternative splice variants. Members of theLIM protein family carry the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain.Members of the FBX protein family are involved in protein-protein interactions. Theencoded protein may be involved in protein-protein interactions. Multiple alternativesplice variants have been described but their full-length sequences have not beendetermined. Alternate Names: anti-F box only protein 20 antibody, anti-F box protein Fbx20 antibody, anti-FBX20antibody, anti-FBXO20 antibody, anti-HGNC13591 antibody, anti-KIAA0858 antibody,anti-LIM domain only 7 antibody, anti-LOMP antibody, anti-LOMP protein antibody,anti-Zinc finger domain containing protein antibody.
