Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung Ah receptor (AhR)
Gen-ID 196, 11622
Immunogen N-terminal sequence of the Ah receptor based on the Ah receptor purified fromC57BL/6J mice.
Format Serum
Isotyp IgG  (Passende Sekundärantikörper)
Beschreibung The Ah Receptor belongs to a family of proteins comprised of its dimerization partnerARNT (HIF-1 Beta) and the Drosophila proteins PER and SIM. All of these proteinsshare an N-terminal sequence of ~200 amino acids termed the PAS domain. Thisreceptor, found in a variety of tissues, binds to a specific DNA enhancer sequence andinitiates transcription of the mRNA for the cytochrome P-450 (CYPIA1) gene. Alternate Names: anti-Dioxin Receptor antibody, Anti-AhR antibody.
Spezifität This antibody is specific for AHR. Species Reactivity: Human and Mouse. Other species not tested.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Suggested working dilution for gel shift: add 4 microliter AhR-AB to a 15 ul final volumeof EMSA sample.Other applications have not been tested.
Buffer Preservative: Sodium Azide.
Lagerung Aliquot and store at -20C or -80C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Forschungsgebiet Transkriptionsfaktoren
Beschränkungen Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
