Beschreibung: Enterobacter cloacae is a gram negative, rod-shaped bacterium that hasperitrichous flagella. Enterobacter species, particularly Enterobacter cloacae, areimportant nosocomial pathogens responsible for a variety of infections, includingbacteremia, lower respiratory tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections,urinary tract infections, endocarditis, intra abdominal infections, septic arthritis,osteomyelitis, and ophthalmic infections.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Recommended Dilution 1: 1000 (ELISA). Additional Information: the IgY fraction is isolated by a two-step PEG precipitation procedure followed byammonium sulphate precipitation .

Buffer: Total IgY fraction at 14.9 mg/ml in 0.9% NaCl, 0.1% sodiumazide
