Beschreibung: Chromogranin A (a protein of 457 amino acids which is encoded onchromosome 14) is present in neuroendocrine cells throughout the body, includingthe neuroendocrine cells of the large and small intestine, adrenal medulla andpancreatic islets. It is an excellent marker for carcinoid tumors,phenochromocytomas, paragangliomas, and other neuroendocrine tumors.Coexpression of chromogranin A and neuron specific enolase (NSE) is commonin neuroendocrine neoplasms.

Applikationshinweise: Recommended Dilution 1: 1000 - 1: 5000 with standard ECL (WB), 1: 1000 - 1: 5000 (ELISA).

Konzentration: IgY fraction at 12.2 mg/ml. IgY fraction was isolated by a two-step PEGprecipitation procedure followed by ammonium sulphate precipitation
