Experimental conditions: Blotting with rabbit anti-rat a1inhibitor-3. Ten ml of rat plasma, diluted 200 times with PBS, and 20 ng purified rat a1inhibitor-3 were separated on a 9% polyacrylamide gel, transferred to a polyvinylidene difluoride membrane, blocked, incubated 2 h at RT with anti-a1inhibitor1 mg/ml. washed and then incubated for 30 min with swine anti-rabbit IgG-HRP and washed. The membrane was developed using the ECLsystem.
