Produktbeschreibung

Immunogen KLH-conjugated peptide derived from AtPIN2 sequence At5g57090
Format Lyophilized
Beschreibung Arabidopsis thaliana auxin efflux carrier component AtPIN2 encoded by theAtPIN2 gene (also known as EIR1 and AGR1). AtPIN proteins are asymmetricallylocalized within plant plasma membranes and mediate polar auxin transport.AtPIN2 is a key regulator of the response of Arabidopsis roots to gravity.
Spezifität Predicted reactivity: dicots including: Medicago truncatula, Pisum sativum, Vitis viniferamonocotsincluding: Oryza sativa, Triticum aestivum, Zea mays, Populus tremula x Populustremuloides, moss: Physcomitrella patens.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Recommended Dilution 1 : 300 - 1: 600 (ICC). Additional Information: this antibody does not work in western blot application on Arabidopsis thaliana .
Reinheit Affinity purified
Buffer affinity purified IgY PBS pH 8.5 + 0.02% sodium azide lyophilized
Lagerung Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C, for reconstitution add glycerol to a final of50% (v/v) and store at -20°C for up to a year. Once reconstituted make aliquots toavoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior toopening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized materialadhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.
