Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung Thylakoid membrane formation 1, THF1 (Psb29)
Immunogen KLH-conjugated peptide derived from known sequences of Psb29 includingArabidopsis thaliana Q9SKT0
Format Lyophilized
Beschreibung Psb29 (THF1) is a conserved 22 kDa protein which functions in biogenesis ofphotosystem II complexes. This protein is required for organization of vesicles intomature thylakoid stacks for chloroplast development. Mediates G-proteinsignalling between the plasma membrane and the plastid.
Spezifität Predicted reactivity: dicots including:Nicotiana tabacum,Solanum tuberosum, monocots including:Oryza sativa, trees: Picea sitchensis, Populus balsamifera, moss: Physcomitrellapatens, algae: Ostreococcus sp.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Recommended Dilution 1: 10 000 with standard ECL (WB), 5 µg in 300 µl (IP).
Buffer Affinity purified serum in PBS pH 7.4
Lagerung store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C, once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior toopening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized materialadhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.
