Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approximately 23 kDa band observed in human brain lysates (calculated MW of 25.8 kDa according to NP_036583). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.1 μg/mL. A minor band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 150 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
