Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western Blot: Approximately 35 kDa band observed in human brain lysates (calculated MW of 18.8 kDa according to NP_000705.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Delavoie et al, Biochemistry. 2003 Apr 22,42 (15) :4506-19., PMID: 12693947). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human colon shows strong cytoplasm staining of absorptive cells. Recommended concentration, 2-4 μg/mL.
