Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 30 kDa band in human cerebral cortex lysates after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining.6 kDa according to NP_001017434.1 and of 68.0 kDa according to NP_733843.1. The 30 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
