Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approximately 18 kDa band observed in mouse brain lysates (calculated MW of 15.6 kDa according to human NP_079088.1 and of 15.5 kDa according to mouse NP_542371.1. Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 48 kDa in both human and mouse brain lysates. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
