Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000. Western blot: Approx 290kDa band observed in lysates of mouse fybroblasts with a genetic construct encoding siRNA. The observed band is knocked down by two different siRNA molecules. Calculated MW of 231kDa according to NP_054878.3). Data obtained from anonymous customer. The Ponceau red demonstrates proper protein loading. Recommended concentration: 0.5-2µg/ml.
