Produktbeschreibung
| Weitere Bezeichnung | TRAF family member-associated NF-kappaB activator (TANK), N-terminal |
| Immunogen | Synthetic peptide corresponding to 14 amino acids near the amino terminal of human TANK (Genbank accession No. NP_004171) |
| Format | Affinity-purified, Liquid |
| Beschreibung | Rabbit anti TANK (NT) Rabbit Antibody to TRAF family member-associated NF-kappaB activator (TANK), N-terminal |
| Spezifität | Reacts with the N-terminus of human TANK. TANK was initially identified as a novel TRAF-interacting protein that regulated TRAF-mediated signal transduction (1,2). Specifically, ligand binding by surface receptors in the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor and Toll/interleukin-1 (IL-1) receptor families lead to the formation of a TRAF/TANK complex that mediates the activation of the transcription factor NF-kappaB. At least 2 isoforms of TANK are known to exist. |
Anwendungen
| Applikationshinweise | Suitable for use in Western blot (0.5?1ug/ml). Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded. |
| Konzentration | Lot specific |
| Reinigung | Immunoaffinity chromatography |
| Buffer | PBS. Preservative: 0.02% Sodium azide |
| Lagerung | Store (up to one year) at 2-8°C. : This product contains sodium azide, which has been classified as Xn (Harmful), in European Directive 67/548/EEC in the concentration range of 0.1-1.0%. When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent azide build-up in drains. |
