Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung TRAF family member-associated NF-kappaB activator (TANK), N-terminal
Immunogen Synthetic peptide corresponding to 14 amino acids near the amino terminal of human TANK (Genbank accession No. NP_004171)
Format Affinity-purified, Liquid
Beschreibung Rabbit anti TANK (NT) Rabbit Antibody to TRAF family member-associated NF-kappaB activator (TANK), N-terminal
Spezifität Reacts with the N-terminus of human TANK. TANK was initially identified as a novel TRAF-interacting protein that regulated TRAF-mediated signal transduction (1,2). Specifically, ligand binding by surface receptors in the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor and Toll/interleukin-1 (IL-1) receptor families lead to the formation of a TRAF/TANK complex that mediates the activation of the transcription factor NF-kappaB. At least 2 isoforms of TANK are known to exist.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Suitable for use in Western blot (0.5?1ug/ml). Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
Konzentration Lot specific
Reinigung Immunoaffinity chromatography
Buffer PBS. Preservative: 0.02% Sodium azide
Lagerung Store (up to one year) at 2-8°C. : This product contains sodium azide, which has been classified as Xn (Harmful), in European Directive 67/548/EEC in the concentration range of 0.1-1.0%. When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent azide build-up in drains.
