Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Suitable for use in ELISA (1:2,000 ? 1:10,000) and Western blot (1:500 ? 1:1,000). The antibody immunoprecipitates in vitro translated protein and protein from cell lysates (using HeLa, NIH-3T3 and others). Coimmunoprecipitation of cyclin A and Cuol1 may occur. An 18.5 kDa band corresponding to human SKP1 is detected. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent azide build-up in drains.
