Format Affinity-purified, Liquid
Beschreibung Rabbit A’ SARS Spike (Middle) Rabbit Antibody to SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) Spike protein, Middle region
Spezifität Reacts with amino acids near the middle of the spike protein of SARS-associated coronavirus. The spike protein is a glycosylated 139 kDa protein and the major surface antigen of the virus.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Suitable for use in ELISA. It will detect 10ng of free peptide at 1ug/ml. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
