Beschreibung: Sheep A’S-100A1, Pig/Bovine Sheep Antibody to S-100A1, Pig/Bovine

Spezifität: Reacts with bovine and porcine S100A1 in immunoblots. Immunoreactivity with recombinant rat and human S100A1 and recombinant human S100A4 is reduced when compared to native bovine and porcine S100A1. Does not react with human S100A2 in immunoblots. Reacts with bovine, rat, and recombinant S100B in immunoblots, but less than 5% cross-reactivity with S100B as seen in competition radioimmunoassays. Cross-Reactivity with other members of the S100 family has not been investigated.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: May be used in immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, radioimmunoassays, and Western blots to detect or quantitate S100A1. For Western blots using an avidin-biotin secondary antibody system, a 1:50 dilution has been used successfully. For indirect immunofluorescence, a 1:2 dilution has been used successfully. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Reinigung: Ammonium sulfate precipitation

Buffer: PBS, pH 7.4.

Lagerung: Stable (at least 1 year) at -20°C to -70°C. Aliquot to avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
