Beschreibung: Rabbit anti Ovalbumin Rabbit Antibody to Ovalbumin (Hen Egg White) Horseradish Peroxidase conjugated

Spezifität: Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Ovalbumin (Hen Egg White). Cross-reactivity against Ovalbumin from other sources has not been determined. Reconstitute with 2ml of deionized water (or equivalent). Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Suitable for use in ELISA (1:5,000-1:25,000), Western blot (1:1,000-1:5,000) and immunohistochemistry (1:500-1:2,500). Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Konzentration: 10mg/ml (OD280nm) (prior to lyophilization)

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.02M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, containing 10mg/ml BSA, (IgG and Protease free). Preservative: 0.01% (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate

Lagerung: Store lyophilized product at 2-8°C. After reconstitution, store for several weeks at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, mix reconstituted product with glycerol to 50%, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
