Spezifität: Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Asparaginase (E. coli). Cross reactivity against Asparaginase from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Assayed against 1.0ug of Asparaginase (E. coli) in a standard ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:200 to 1:1,200 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Konzentration: 10mg/ml (OD280nm) (prior to lyophilization)

Reinigung: Delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.02M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 containing 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free). Preservative: 0.01% (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate

Lagerung: Store lyophilized product at 2-8°C. After reconstitution, this product is stable for several weeks at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, reconstitute product with 50% glycerol instead of water, then aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Expiration date is one year from date of reconstitution.Reconstitute with 2ml of deionized water (or equivalent). Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
