Spezifität: A single precipitin arc was observed against anti-Rabbit Serum and purified and partially purified Asparaginase (E. coli) when assayed by immunoelectrophoresis. Some cross reactivity with Asparaginases from other tissues and species may occur.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Assayed by a standard ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated affinity purified Goat anti Rabbit IgG (H&L) and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:100,000 to 1:400,000 for this product is suggested. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Konzentration: 10mg/ml (OD280nm) (prior to lyophilization)

Reinigung: Delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.02M Potassium phosphate, 0.14M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.4. Preservative: 0.01% (w/v) Sodium azide

Lagerung: Store lyophilized product at 2-8°C. After reconstitution, this product is stable for several weeks at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use. For extended storage aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Expiration date is (1) year from reconstitution date.Reconstitute with 5ml deionized water (or equivalent).
