Beschreibung: Rabbit anti Mouse IgG (H&L) Rabbit Antibody to Mouse Immunoglobulin G (IgG), Heavy & Light chains Horseradish Peroxidase conjugated

Spezifität: Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the heavy chains on mouse IgG and with light chains common to most mouse immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins, but antibodies may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: A dilution range of 1:500 - 1:5,000 is suggested for immunohistochemistry on tissue sections, 1:5,000 - 1:100,000 for ELISA and Western blotting with chromogenic substrates and 1:10,000 - 1:200,000 for Western blotting with ECL substrates. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Reinigung: Isolated from antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.01M Sodium Phosphate, 0.25M Sodium chloride, pH 7.6 containing 15 mg/ml BSA.

Lagerung: Store lyophilized product at 2-8°C. After reconstitution, product is stable for several weeks at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use. For extended storage after reconstitution, we suggest the addition of an equal volume of glycerol to make a final glycerol concentration of 50% followed by storage at -20°C, with or without aliquoting. Please note that the concentration of protein and buffer salts will decrease to one-half of the original after the addition of glycerol. Expiration date: one year from date of reconstitution. : Use of sodium azide, as a preservative will substantially inhibit the enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.Reconstitute to 1.5 ml with distilled water. Centrifuge product if it is not completely clear after standing for 1-2 hours at room temperature. To judge clarity, draw product into a pasteur pipette.
