Spezifität: Human autoantibody against whole histones. Shows no reactivity at a dilution of 1:100 when tested against purified SSA, SSB, Scl-70, Sm, Sm/RNP and Jo-1 antigens in an ELISA system designed to detect all IgG subclasses.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Suitable for use in ELISA (1:100). Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Lagerung: Store lyophilized product at -20°C. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. : This product contains sodium azide, which has been classified as Xn (Harmful), in European Directive 67/548/EEC in the concentration range of 0.1-1.0%. When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent azide build-up in drains. All human source materials have tested negative for HIV1, HIV2, HCV antibodies and HBsAg. No test guarantees a product to be non-infectious. Therefore, all material derived from human fluids or tissues should be considered as potentially infectious.Reconstitute with 2ml deionized water.
