Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IFA, (SP)RIA and ELISA. For immunostaining of extra or intracellular components in light microscopy. For the quantitation of Collagen Type V in biological fluids or in culture supernatants. In indirect IFA with fluorescein anti-rabbit IgG conjugate, use diluted at >1:40 on frozen human skin, liver and placenta tissues. In ELISA, use diluted at >1:100-1:200. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
