IFA, (SP)RIA and ELISA. For immunostaining of extra or intracellular components in light microscopy. For the quantitation of Collagen Type III in biological fluids or in culture supernatants. In indirect IFA, use diluted at >1:40 on frozen chicken tissue sections. In ELISA, use diluted at >1:100-1:200. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application.
