Applikationshinweise
|
Suitable for use in IFA, (SP)RIA, ELISA (tested). For immunostaining of extra or intracellular components in light microscopy and the quantitation of Salmon Type I collagen. In indirect IFA with fluorescein anti-rabbit IgG conjugate, use diluted at 1:40 on frozen salmon tissues (skin, liver). For ELISA, use diluted at 1:10-1:200. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
