Reacts with conformational determinants on human type I collagen as demonstrated by ELISA. May react with type I collagen from other species. Exhibits <10% cross reactivity with collagen types II, III, IV, V and VI. Has not been tested for reactivity with other extracellular matrix proteins (e.g. laminin, fibronectin).
