Beschreibung: Rabbit anti Ajuba Rabbit Antibody to Human Ajuba

Spezifität: Recognizes human Ajuba (also called JUB protein and ajuba homolog isoform 1). A BLAST analysis suggests reactivity with this protein from human, rat, dog, mouse and chimpanzee based on 100% homology for the immunogen sequence. Cross reactivity with Ajuba protein from homologues from other sources has not been determined.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000?1:80,000) and Western blot (1:500?1:2,500). Expect a band at approximately 57 kDa. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent azide build-up in drains.
