Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Recognizes the zymogen of ADAMTS-5 at 120kDa in reduced Western blots, activated forms at 73kDa major bands), and breakdown products at 50kDa and 40kDa in cell lysates. We recommend a starting range of 1:1,000 when using colormetric substrates and 1:5,000 for chemiluminescent substrates for Western blot. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
